What makes this a unique conference facility is its wall length, floor to ceiling window looking out on the beautiful surroundings. The conference room has a projector and screen and blue tooth speakers. Should you require a PA System, this can be hired for the occasion.
The Estate offers half or full day packages with discounted rates on accommodation for delegates. The conference centre can seat up to 40 delegates in various configurations with modern conference equipment and free Wi-Fi.
The packages include welcome tea, coffee and muffins, morning and afternoon tea and snacks, buffet lunch, and access to various shaded outdoor areas or indoor spaces near the pool for breakaway sessions.

Accommodation at Whispering Pines includes thirteen secluded country style cabins and six tastefully designed ensuite rooms. All feature air conditioning, complimentary toiletries, tea/coffee facilities, DSTV, Wi-Fi and a private patio. The cabins also have a fireplace.
For larger groups or families, the Hilltop House offers a self-catering experience with space for up to 11 guests. This spacious retreat features five bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and an open plan living area along with a private patio and braai facilities.
